Return Conditions
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, we will gladly accept merchandise in its original, sealed and unused condition, within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
Refund Timeline
Your refund will take 2–3 business days once your item has been processed. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected].
How to Initiate a Return
If you are not using the form below and would like to send us an email, please include the following:
- The name you placed the order under
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Your return shipping address
- The reason for the return, with a detailed explanation of the issue
- The Customer Service representative’s name & date (if applicable)
- Your order number
Damaged Products
To return damaged product shipped by a freight carrier, authorization by Customer Service is required. If necessary, the representative will provide special packaging instructions. Letter‐style envelopes are not sturdy enough; please use a bubble mailer or box.
Unauthorized or Incomplete Returns
Incomplete, unauthorized returns or postage-due shipments will be refused and returned to you. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non‐refundable unless the error is on our part. Defective items qualify for shipping reimbursement.
Return Shipping
- Prepaid by customer, unless shipped in error by BudBuddyFlower LLC. We will refuse returns shipped “collect.”
- Additional or expedited shipping charges will not be credited.
Credit for Product
- Credit issuance is at BudBuddyFlower LLC’s discretion.
- Non‐direct purchases cannot be returned to BudBuddyFlower LLC for credit.
- Direct purchases will receive credit within 30 days after RMA receipt.
- No cash payouts; store credit only.
- Unopened, unused product is subject to a 20% restocking fee; freight costs are non‐refundable.
- Defective products will be credited for shipping charges.
