Our customer service team is avaible to answer your questions Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm (PST). Our customer support has a lot of services inquires throughout the day and will try to get to your request as soon as possible. You can expect a response within 24 hours during business days. 

If you need to cancel or update your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.

Cancellation request that are made after order has been shipped may qualify for a full refund upon return of unopened products.
